National Building Inspections has been very successful in working with established inspectors throughout North America. The reason you got in business so you don’t have to report to the boss or a corporate entity; we understand that, yet there can be some opportunities between our companies.

NBI prides itself by working very hard at the corporate level to encourage banks, insurance companies, and large corporations to use our organization. We have also established some unique reports that help our clients collect the data that they are requiring to make an informed decision. Both of these entities are always troublesome to an independent businessman in the field. NBI assumes the responsibility for this, and making contact with the client for report requirements.

Therefore we have established agreements with a number of independent contractors like you. In some cases we help independent inspectors become certified in the commercial division of inspecting as well. NBI’s relationship with all independent inspectors has been lucrative and beneficial for both parties. In some cases we have even been willing to establish exclusivity for some of our independent inspectors in certain areas.
