Per day for each day the ad runs and it will be the responsibility of the company listed in the ad any competitors advertising on our email or web site will be assessed at $100,000 per day. Failure to pay shall result in legal action which shall be responsibility of the both the search engine and advertising entity for all legal fees and recovery costs.
