Any unauthorized advertising or links placed on this web site/email or any other property of NBI/CIA will be assessed a fee that will be the responsibility of both the search engine and the company that is advertising or listed in the ad, whether the ad has been knowingly or unknowingly placed it shall be charged at 50% of the rate that has been paid to the entity placing the ad, or a minimum of $1000. Per day for each day the ad runs and it will be the responsibility of the company listed in the ad any competitors advertising on our email or web site will be assessed at $100,000 per day. Failure to pay shall result in legal action which shall be responsibility of the both the search engine and advertising entity for all legal fees and recovery costs.
